A dental office in Clovis, building a brand-new 5,000 square foot space from the ground up.
The Scope
Everything low-voltage in one coordinated design: structured cabling (roughly 70 to 80 drops), access control, a burglar alarm, CCTV with 15 cameras, and background music. On a new build, these five systems share pathways, panels, and network, and designing them together is the difference between one clean infrastructure and five vendors' worth of overlap.

The Challenge
The original design arrived thin, missing information a build actually needs, and once the general contractor awarded the job, a chain of prerequisite work surfaced that nobody had sequenced. New construction rewards the contractor who asks the annoying questions early.
The Catch That Paid for Itself
While coordinating against the plans, Bezemer found the door hardware being ordered didn't match what the access control spec required. Caught on paper, that's an email and a corrected order. Caught after installation, it's demolition, reordering, and schedule slip. This is why access control and door hardware need to live in one contractor's scope.
