One properly zoned audio system can page the warehouse, alert the whole property in an emergency, and play music in the front office, without three separate systems fighting each other.

Overhead paging reaches people who aren't at a desk or on their phone: the warehouse floor, the yard, the back of the shop. Emergency notification is the same reach with higher stakes, one announcement that gets everyone moving during a fire, a lockdown, or severe weather. And background music sets the tone in lobbies, retail floors, and dining areas. Designed right, all three run on one zoned system, so the shop hears pages, the lobby hears music, and an emergency announcement overrides everything, everywhere, instantly.
Consumer speakers drop off the network, can't be zoned, and have no override for emergencies. A commercial system is wired or professionally networked, amplified for the actual square footage and ceiling height, split into zones you control, and able to prioritize an emergency page over everything else. That's cabling-and-coverage work, which is exactly the trade we're licensed for.
We're a licensed California contractor (Lic #1109846, C-7 and C-61/D28, Alarm Operator #8216) based in Clovis. Audio is low-voltage infrastructure, the same cabling, zoning, and coverage planning we do for cameras and access control, and we design it around your floor plan and noise levels instead of guessing at speaker counts. Yes, that's the point of a zoned commercial system. Each zone gets what it needs day to day, and an emergency announcement takes priority over everything in every zone the moment it's triggered.
Yes. Outdoor-rated horns and speakers extend coverage to yards, docks, and parking areas, which is usually where paging matters most and phones help least.
Often, yes. If the existing speakers and wiring are commercial grade and in decent shape, we extend and re-zone rather than replace. The free site walk sorts out what's reusable.
Playing music in a business does involve licensing, and the clean solution is a business music service that includes it. We handle the system side, the speakers, zones, and sources, and can point you to licensed services that plug straight into it.
No, and it shouldn't. Your fire alarm is its own code-required system. Paging and notification add clear voice instructions on top, telling people what's happening and where to go, and we coordinate the design around the life-safety systems your building already has.
One free site walk covers your floor plan, your noise levels, and what one zoned system would replace.
